The design of this eleven-unit micro-community was a collaborative effort between CP Build and Mosaic Architecture. There are ten condos and one single-family home on the site, with a focus on maintaining as much of the natural beauty of the lot as possible. Some of the mature trees moved during construction, and were replanted upon completion. Interior finishes include natural stone countertops and tile as well sustainable wood flooring. High-efficiency windows and solar panels reduce the amount of energy used in each home. Homeowners can also enjoy a community garden and orchard as one of Bozeman’s first agricultural neighborhoods.
