These eleven single-family homes on Blackwood Road feature designs from SMA, Studio H and Mosaic architects. The houses were created with an emphasis on innovative design. Interior finishes were chosen in theme with each home’s specific design aesthetic, while still providing an element of surprise. Units share a driveway that runs behind houses to hide the less eye-catching garages so that passersby can focus on each design.
