Bozeman Builds

Our first job was overseeing the completion of a defunct project left incomplete by the previous developer due to a lack of funds. That project, Platinum Ridge, is located just off South 19th Street in Bozeman, Montana. We have since built numerous residential projects in that area. As of 2023, we have added our Talbach Haus, South Rows, Lykke Condominiums, and Bedrock 11 projects. Our largest project, the Gran Cielo Subdivision, is still underway. Due to our continued presence in that part of town, when the time came to build our own office in 2018, we chose to construct it in south Bozeman and have called it home ever since.

Broadening Our Horizons

Although Bozeman will always be home, CP Build has recently expanded its reach into the surrounding areas. Starting with our The Flats at Yellowstone Bend project in Livingston, Montana, in 2019, we have also begun construction on another Livingston project, Fjell Condominiums. In 2021 we broadened our reach into Helena, Montana, where we had the opportunity to remodel the old Independent Record newspaper building. Our company's growth is a testimony to the strength of the relationships we have developed within the business since our creation.

Planning for the Future

CP Build has grown due to our determination to create quality constructions that align with our investors' visions. We accomplished this by developing strong working relationships and friendships with our business partners. Our working partnerships with some of the best subcontractors in the Bozeman area give us confidence in the quality of our product. The years-long working relationships with many of our investors and subcontractors have stood the test of time because we understand the value of maintaining them. CP Build continues to strive to work seamlessly with both our investors and subcontractors so that we can keep building beautiful things together.
