The Flats at Yellowstone Bend

The Flats at Yellowstone Bend is a three-phase project that was completed in spring 2023. The completed site has 140 units across 12 buildings (CP Build has done 120 out of the 140 units, the remainder were done prior to our work on the project). All units were sold by the end of the summer of 2023.
Condos, but Make Them Art.
The Flats were our first project in Livingston, Montana. We took over the construction of the remaining ten buildings after the first two had already been completed, along with the property clubhouse. Each of our buildings is comprised of six two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom units. The buildings all have their own original artwork by Cyrus Design Co. out front, giving each one more personality and individual style. Their convenient location near the interstate has made them ideal for Bozeman commuters trying, as well as those wanting shorter drives to Yellowstone National Park.
