We worked with Mosaic Architecture on the redevelopment of the 317 Cruse lot in Helena, Montana to create a much-needed transformation of the space. The renewed lot is home to ‘The Independent’, which has been designed to accommodate retail businesses as well as commercial office space. When completed, The Independent complex will also include a 36-unit apartment building. The end result will be truly innovative and multifunctional, providing an area of engagement for the growing local area.
