Construction noises will be heard at the Gran Cielo subdivision for at least a few more years. Our largest project to date will be comprised of 177 single-family homes and 158 condo units upon completion. Homes range in size and style to accommodate individual housing needs. Architectural designs come from in-house architect Blake Preszler, as well as a collaborative effort with Studio H and Aspekt Architecture. Current homeowners are already enjoying the large neighborhood park that features a bike track. Although it is already a big development, future plans include phase two which will add an additional 80 acres.
