Designed by Bitnar Architects, Talbach Haus was our answer to the lack of affordable housing available to young professionals and students living in Bozeman, Montana. The units were designed to be economical, with open floor plans and large energy-efficient windows. Each unit has its own patio or balcony, a carport parking space and a storage closet. Common areas include a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a small social area at the main entrance. The building is across the street from a park area and a walking trail on its west side. Units were originally listed for between $180,000-$225,000 and were all sold within two months of completion.
