The office at 23 Apex is a modern, energy-efficient building that encompasses all of our CP Build company values. We built this space as a collaboration with our sister CP companies and it represents the best of what we have to offer.
There’s No Place Like Home
Finished in 2019, we built the office building at 23 Apex Drive to better accommodate our growing business. The office features large energy-efficient windows by Innotech and a 10kw solar array. The upstairs space is an open floor plan on one end and two smaller offices on the other. The downstairs has four additional office spaces, a kitchenette and a large conference room. The building was sold 2021, but we love it so much we are still renting all but one of the available office spaces. We hope you will stop by and pay us a visit so you can get better acquainted with our team and our work.
