CP Build is a general contractor based out of Bozeman, Montana. We have been constructing commercial and residential properties in the Gallatin Valley and the surrounding area for more than 7 years. Upcoming Projects
CP Build is excited to announce a collaboration with Everhome Suites and will serve as the general contractor for the new Bozeman, Montana location. The Everhome Suites in Bozeman is currently under construction on Fowler Avenue.
Further down the pipeline, a property currently known as the Bennett Annexation is in the early stages of development in Bozeman, Montana. Plans for the 36-acre property are in the process of being finalized with the city.
Featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes
We were honored to have one of our homes selected for the 31st Bozeman Parade of Homes this year. The Southwest Montana Builders Industry Association, or SWMBIA, host the Parade of Homes in Bozeman. The CP Build home chosen this year is located at 3008 S 28th Ave and is a part of our new Gran Cielo subdivision developing in south Bozeman. Conceived by our in-house architect, Blake Preszler, this modern showpiece features his Glede SH-3A design. The four-bedroom home is just over 3,000 square feet and includes an 846-square-foot ADU with a private entrance. Other notable features include two spacious owner’s suites, vaulted ceilings, and walk-in closets. The home also boasts plenty of large windows to take in views of the mountains and the activity in Gran Cielo Park. Its proximity to downtown and the MSU campus makes it easy for them to go out on the town for dinner or shopping or watch a Bobcat game with less than a ten-minute drive.
