This project was a collaborative effort that focused on pushing the bounds of standard design with an emphasis on quality and sustainability. Our goal was to test products and design concepts while keeping the homes desirable for the buyer. Products were sourced through our supply subsidiary, allowing us to ensure an efficient build process while providing high-end, durable products and materials that improve the longevity of the home.

In the heart of Bozeman, the Oak Street project is a mixed-use development that showcases Cadius’ strengths in commercial construction. A melding of brick, steel, and masonry together comprise the new western urban project.

South Rows

This 17-building complex is made up of 57 units built over an 18-month span with over 200,000 square feet of thoughtful living space. We take great pride in tackling the complexity of providing this number of units while preserving such a vast amount of the existing land. These luxury condo units include aesthetic exteriors, pleasing floorplans, and solar energy systems all designed by the award-winning Mosaic Architecture.

Platinum Ridge

The Platinum Ridge project is a 21-unit, Scandinavian-inspired community in Bozeman, Montana. This contemporary development was built over a span of twelve months after we acquired the land from an abandoned project. The result was a modern, multi-family, residential area that paved the way for much of the design style that can be found in Bozeman today.
